Founded originally as MJ Build Solutions Ltd in 2020 by our Managing Director Matthew Oxley, the aim was to provide unique and tailored construction management services to the industry working alongside a number of varied clients. Matt who is a Chartered Construction Manager through the CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building) and a Chartered Manager through the CMI (Chartered Management Institute) has over 25 years experience working in the industry predominantly in the water utilities sector, working on some extensive Civil Engineering projects. MJL Groundworks & Civils Ltd was rebranded in 2023 to provide a lot more to the industry, bringing a team with a wealth of experience, to deliver projects including residential, commercial, utilities and general civil engineering projects.
We work with a number of developers to assist in road and sewer adoption works ensuring that sites are brought up to the correct standards. We take on all aspects including kerbing, road and footpath construction, surfacing, full drainage remediation and install. We specialise in Section 38, Section 278 and Section 104 & 106 works.
